Electronics Technician Position

The position of Electronics Technician involves diagnosing and repairing electronic devices, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics: Identify issues with electronic devices and determine the necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Component-Level Repairs: Perform repairs at the component level, using specialized tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repair outcomes and update schematics and checklists accordingly.
  • Maintenance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain equipment in good working order.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Nitec in Electronics or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in PCB/electronics repair.
  • Skills: Diagnostics, soldering/rework, use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and ABI Board Master.
  • Knowledge: ESD, PPE, electrical safety standards.
