Early Childhood Educator - Preschool Literacy Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to assume a key role in our preschool literacy program. As an ideal candidate, you will be committed to raising the standard of teaching and meeting the following criteria:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., Educational Studies)
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in classroom teaching with learners aged 3 to 7 years old
  • A dynamic personality with exceptional lesson delivery skills and strong communication abilities
  • Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of educational, developmental, and cognitive psychology principles
  • A strong command of the English language (spoken and written)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and supervise the Literacy Program for the class in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
  • Prepare engaging teaching materials and effectively integrate them into lessons.
  • Employ positive guidance strategies and maintain a supportive learning environment at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
  • Monitor and record student progress, addressing individual needs and providing targeted support whenever necessary.
