As a key member of the MyCareersFuture team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful accreditation of our Residency Program. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, ensuring compliance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education International requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage day-to-day educational activities, providing administrative support to the Program Director.
  • Ensure a sufficient number of trained faculty members are available to support the program.
  • Create a positive and productive learning environment for all residents.
  • Collaborate closely with other Program Executives, department secretaries, faculty, and staff from the Graduate Medical Educational Office.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare or training industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
