About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Treasury team as a Wholesale Funding Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing wholesale funding strategies across the bank. You will be working closely with various teams and functions to ensure end-to-end process coverage and delivery of key accountabilities.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in debt capital markets, project management, and business management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and set priorities to meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

* Develop and implement wholesale funding strategies across the bank
* Collaborate with various teams/functions within the bank to ensure end-to-end process coverage
* Frame and articulate methodology, strategy, or policy options for CT, and conduct analysis, research, and synthesis to do so
* Deliver on CT business management processes, such as performance measurement / scorecard-setting

Requirements

* At least 3 years experience in Debt Capital Markets / Project Management / Business Management support roles
* Work experience in the following areas would be advantageous: Debt capital markets, transactions and corporate structuring advisory - planning and implementation, product structuring - knowledge of banking products and structures gained in a front office / bank treasury role
* Effective team player and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
* Ability to problem-solve issues and comfortable operating in a highly dynamic environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
