The Quantity Surveyor Expert will be responsible for taking-off quantities for projects, sourcing quotations from specialists, suppliers, and sub-contractors, and preparing costing summaries. They will also vet through tender documents and evaluate tenders, recommend award for construction contracts, and prepare contracts to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in building/quantity surveying or equivalent qualification, as well as 2-5 years of working experience in quantity surveying position. Having HDB projects experience is an advantage.
