Assistant VP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant VP to join our team at United Overseas Bank. As a key member of our Private Bank, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and providing tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver superior client service through understanding, anticipating, and executing client transactions and providing excellent administrative support to Private Bankers.
- Process and manage client banking and investment transactions, including account onboarding, static maintenance, asset transfers, deposits, and loan processing.
- Track and manage document deficiencies, attend to client queries, and review and resolve client enquiries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Coordinate across departments to implement and deliver on client commitments.
- Evaluate and escalate service issues to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with preferably 3 years minimum experience as an Assistant RM (ARM) in the Wealth Management segment.
- CACS Certification (Paper 1 & 2) – a strong advantage.
- Knowledge in booking and settling trades of various asset classes and products a strong advantage.
