Job Title: Strategic Portfolio Manager

This is a key role, working closely with senior management to monitor, analyze, and optimize asset performance. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of consistent performance and distribution to investors.

The role provides opportunities for driven individuals to be exposed to and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including colleagues from asset management, investor relations, and finance departments. They will develop cross-functional skill sets and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly board meeting and results documents, as well as trustee reports.
• Ensure monthly portfolio look-through, incidents, and sustainability reports are prepared, cleared, and submitted on time.
• Work with asset management and finance teams to track and review annual asset budgets and variances against forecasts.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and analysis.
• Monitor market, sustainability, and Health and Safety (HSE) related news that could affect assets under management.
• Coordinate annual workplace safety visits for senior management.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with risk management policies and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in relevant working experience, preferably in data centre or real estate investments and/or SREITs.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical work.
• An interest in learning and being exposed to sustainability-related requirements.
• A self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
