As a seasoned Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of our semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless daily manufacturing operations by identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to identify technology deficiencies and develop corrective solutions.
  • Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly while maintaining quality standards.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance process stability and capability, improve quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Design and execute experiments to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights for optimizing manufacturing processes.

To excel in this role, you will require a strong background in engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in specific module process engineering, possessing in-depth technical knowledge.
