Electrical Discharge Machinist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Discharge Machinist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will operate and maintain Electrical Discharge Machines (EDM) for manufacturing high-precision components, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine machining operations.
  • Selecting appropriate electrodes, tools, and machine settings for the job.
  • Exhibiting advanced proficiency in setting up and operating EDM machines for high-precision, close-tolerance machining.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an EDM Machinist is essential, with CNC Wire-Cut and/or Sinker EDM being highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques, drilling, troubleshooting, and fabrication methods is required.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office and CAD software is also necessary.
