Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to oversee daily inventory operations and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily inventory activities, including receiving products from suppliers and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Effective communication with suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Record keeping of production updates and stock quantities in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Management of inventory movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Analysis of daily inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance with company procedures through handling flag forms and related tasks.
- Tracking and reconciliation of flag forms to maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
- Coordination with supervisors to allocate resources and manpower effectively.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills are required, including data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, is advantageous.
- Able to work on overtime during peak periods, such as month-end and annual stock takes.
