Job Description

As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless sales experiences. You will be the face of our brand, building long-term relationships with customers and fostering a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Sales Generation: Meet personal and store sales goals by developing self-improvement plans and utilizing the Jet Set Service Program.
  • After-Sale Care: Nurture customer relationships, encouraging loyalty and driving repeat business.
  • Fashion Consciousness: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and offer styling advice to customers.
  • Operations: Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining store standards, receiving stock, and adhering to company SOPs.
Requirements
