Job Title: Skilled Trades Professional

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled trades professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and possess excellent technical skills.

Responsibilities:
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install various materials, including wood, plywood, laminates, and more.
• Build, repair, and install structures such as doors, windows, staircases, furniture, cabinets, partitions, flooring, and roofing.
• Operate woodworking machines and ensure finishes are durable and aesthetically pleasing.
• Oversee and coordinate carpentry works on-site or in the workshop.
• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with design, safety, and building codes.
• Supervise, train, and monitor junior carpenters and apprentices.
• Allocate tasks and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support.
• Foster teamwork and maintain discipline and safety practices on-site.
• Estimate materials, tools, and labor required for projects.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools, placing orders when necessary.
• Report progress, issues, or delays to project managers.
• Check for accuracy in measurements, alignments, and installations.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in carpentry or related field.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
