Senior Graphic Design Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate our message and values to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and creativity, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality designs that are accurate, consistent, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing preliminary designs/sketches for concept/proposal and recommending modifications as appropriate
  • Collaborating with users to understand design needs and develop creative visual design solutions
  • Designing and producing PowerPoint presentations, financial statements, legal documents, proposals, questionnaires, letters, schedules, labels, tab masters, spreadsheets, various marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, invites etc.), as well as creation of eDMs and simple charting
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions with other Designers under the guidance of Project Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a senior position
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
  • Proven design experience with digital and print marketing materials
  • Familiarity with design trends relating to brand identity, color theory, fonts, and typography
