At DE MAX DESIGN PTE. LTD., we are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team as a Design Team Lead. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for undertaking design projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with the Design Director and project teams to ensure that designs meet contractual and client requirements. Your responsibilities will include creating full sets of construction drawings and specifications, managing project assignments within deadlines, reviewing shop drawings and samples for compliance, participating in project review meetings and client presentations, and handling project costing, quotations, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer who is well-versed in space planning and conceptualization of offices. You should have a diploma in Interior Design or equivalent and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial interior design. Your proficiency in design-related software such as AutoCAD, 3D software (Sketchup preferred), Photoshop, and Microsoft office applications is essential. Additionally, you should have strong leadership, planning, and organization skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to create/design detail.
