Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a new challenge? As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, creating work schedules, assigning tasks and providing training as needed. You will also be responsible for managing cleaning supplies inventory and overseeing operational and manpower planning and deployment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, working closely with colleagues to ensure that every space is clean, welcoming and safe. We are looking for someone with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We require a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in supervisory roles, preferably in the cleaning industry. If you have your own transport, it would be an advantage. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, where you can grow and develop your career.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to lift heavy equipment and move quickly around our facilities. You will also need to be reliable, punctual and willing to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
