**Required Skills and Qualifications**

O Level or above, minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, mature, and good team-player. Strong logical mindset, high-energy self-starter with a relentless entrepreneurial work ethic. Exceptionally organized, with time management and multitasking skills.
