We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Professional to join our team.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and support to our clients. Your role will involve providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns.
In addition, you will work closely with site personnel and technicians to arrange job schedules and ensure smooth project execution. You will also create quotations, work orders, and necessary documentation to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in processing permits and preparing project-related paperwork to facilitate efficient project delivery
- Ensure high service standards and prompt completion of tasks to meet client expectations
- Manage general administrative duties and document organization to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
