Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Professional to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
