Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Coordinator to join our team at TOWER CRANES SERVICES PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Prioritize and manage the schedules of executives, including meetings and appointments, to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes, and facilitate communication among team members and senior management.
  • Confidential Information: Protect and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to executives, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate internal communication, ensuring that communications from senior management are disseminated effectively.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute business events, such as conferences, luncheons, and dinners, to promote company morale and productivity.
  • Project Management: Manage and maintain special projects for senior management, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Onboarding Process: Facilitate the onboarding process for new executives and joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Corporate Governance: Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Administration: Proven administrative experience, with a focus on organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Accounting: Basic accounting knowledge, with the ability to maintain financial records and reports.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid leave, and professional development opportunities.
