CAPPS SOLUTIONS is a ISO27001:2022 certified company in Singapore, specializing in web and mobile applications for the Engineering, Building & Construction and Field Servicing & Maintenance industries.

We develop enterprise software solutions to streamline operations across key business functions. Our software helps clients automate HR processes, improve site safety, quality and environmental compliance, and boost efficiency in field service operations.

This role provides an opportunity to hone skills in software product lifecycle management and gain industry domain knowledge. You will be able to build a foundation for a successful career in enterprise software solution sales and marketing.

  • Learn and master our enterprise software solution offerings and articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Support the business development team with software solution overviews and demonstrations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients.
  • Provide account management and solution support to existing clients.
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback through surveys.
  • Research targeted markets and industries, identify stakeholders and generate interest via outreach efforts.
  • Deliver presentations and product overviews through webinars, social media platforms and conferences.

Key Requirements:

  • 1+ year of software support, client management experience in sales support and marketing.
  • Relevant experience in software support and training is an advantage.
  • Confident presenting and training software solutions.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with people.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
