Key Account Professional

The Key Account Professional plays a pivotal role in securing and retaining high net worth clients, providing bespoke solutions to address their investment risk management and financing/liquidity needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients within the market, developing long-term relationships to meet their financial and investment goals.
  • Understand clients' business and wealth generation sources, as well as their financial and investment objectives.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accountable for achieving annual targets and agreed service standards, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' experience in serving high net worth clients, with exposure to the Greater China Market.
  • Strong understanding of and ability to apply regulatory requirements.
  • Good product knowledge and ability to interact with clients in the Greater China Market.
  • Holder of Singapore Client Advisory Competency Standards (CACS) qualification.
  • Excellent client-facing sales and stakeholder management skills.
