About the Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a seasoned Agile Coach to lead and support the Agile transformation process across teams and departments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of guiding teams through Agile transformations and be passionate about fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the Agile transformation process, tailoring approaches to meet organizational needs and goals
  • Provide hands-on coaching to Agile teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters, helping them to adopt and refine Agile practices and principles
  • Oversee and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement by guiding teams in identifying areas for enhancement and implementing iterative improvements
  • Develop and Deliver Training: Plan, create and deliver Agile training sessions and workshops tailored to various levels of the organization, from team members to executives
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align Agile practices with business objectives and drive organizational change
  • Conflict Resolution: Facilitate resolution of conflicts within teams and between teams, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM))
  • At least 3 years of working experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully guiding teams through Agile transformations
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and frameworks
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to influence and drive change at various levels of the organization
