Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of elevator and escalator systems to identify potential safety hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Perform load tests, emergency brake tests, and door operation tests to ensure systems meet regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports and certificates to relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate schedules with engineers and coordinators to ensure timely inspections and follow-up work.
- NITEC or higher qualification in Vertical Transportation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in lift/escalator inspection, servicing, or statutory compliance work.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces such as lift shafts.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills.
- Proficient in safety testing and inspection procedures.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
