Group Fitness Manager Job

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to lead our team in developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and administering all aspects of the group fitness and instructor training programs. They will also supervise the group fitness instructors and operations of the group fitness department to ensure high-quality programming and exceptional customer service.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Create and implement comprehensive group fitness programs that cater to diverse member needs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor group fitness instructors to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Culture Enhancement: Develop onboarding and orientation programs to foster a culture of continuous learning among new instructors.
  • Training and Evaluation: Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and evaluation of group fitness instructors and classes.
  • Partnership Building: Collaborate with Area/ Branch Managers to increase member participation in the group fitness program.
  • Process Improvement: Review, analyze, and improve business processes and systems to achieve higher productivity and results.
  • Business Networking: Identify and partner with potential business influencers to deepen market penetration.
