Job Title: Master Pastry Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for leading the production of high-quality baked goods and pastries.

About the Role:
  • Attend daily production meetings to discuss menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and workflow optimization.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal usage of ingredients and minimize waste.
  • Lead a team of bakers to achieve smooth operation and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Clean and prepare all baking equipment and materials for use.
  2. Assemble dry and wet ingredients for production.
  3. Work with a team to execute recipes and produce high-quality baked goods.
  4. Utilize industrial equipment to facilitate efficient production.
  5. Handle hot or dangerous items with care.
  6. Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work from 4am to 2pm.
  • Preferably with experience as Head Baker for 2-3 years.
  • Experience with baking continental bread (sourdough, baguette, brioche, loaves, buns/rolls).
  • Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters.
  • Understanding of food safety practices.
