Electronics Hardware Engineer - Advanced Manufacturing

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electronics Hardware Engineer to join a high-performing R&D team driving the design and development of next-generation electronic systems for advanced manufacturing equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design, including power supply and signal conditioning. They will be responsible for leading the design, development, and validation of electronic hardware systems used in precision manufacturing tools, as well as developing schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools.

Key responsibilities include integrating and testing analog, digital, and power electronic circuits to ensure optimal performance and reliability, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, conducting hands-on debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of circuit assemblies, evaluating component selection, BOM cost, and system compatibility for manufacturability, ensuring designs meet relevant safety and compliance standards, and participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and documentation processes to support product lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, minimum 3 years of experience in hardware circuit design and PCB development, proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Eagle, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

You will also need to have effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments. Experience working with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded systems, knowledge of thermal management, board bring-up, and reliability testing, and analytical mindset are preferred qualifications.
