Healthcare Operations Manager

The role of the Healthcare Operations Manager is to oversee the smooth execution of healthcare projects and governance processes. This involves ensuring that all operational functions are running effectively, including procurement, finance, HR matters, and vendor coordination.

As a key member of the innovation team, you will be responsible for managing governance meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking action items. You will also maintain project dashboards and monitor KPIs for AI implementation across multiple institutions.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth delivery, supporting internal team operations, documenting workplans and strategic deliverables, and performing ad-hoc operational duties aligned with programme goals.

  • Manage governance meetings: prepare agendas, minutes, and track action items

  • Oversee operational functions: procurement, finance, HR matters, and vendor coordination

  • Maintain project dashboards and monitor KPIs for AI implementation

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Support internal team operations, including retreats, onboarding, and communications

  • Document and follow up on workplans and strategic deliverables

  • Perform ad-hoc operational duties aligned with programme goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field

  • 4-5 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or secretariat roles

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation and multitasking abilities

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Able to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment with minimal supervision

  • Secretariat or committee support experience highly advantageous
