Care Transformation Director
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Care Transformation department in driving innovation, designing trials and testing-beds, supporting transformational changes and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project scoping, workshops and building partnerships to achieve strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in operations or project management, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. A degree or higher qualification from a recognized institution is also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and facilitate workshops to scope and design innovation and transformation projects.
- Influence and inspire stakeholders/partners to work towards a common goal.
- Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders/industry partners.
- Work with partners to identify themes and organize events for industry engagements.
- Plan and deploy resources to deliver project outcomes.
- Prepare funding papers and work with funding agencies to scope funding parameters/KPIs.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good critical thinking skills.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
