Product Strategist

The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge foreign exchange and cross-border payment solutions, translating business vision and user needs into actionable product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of FX and payment solutions in collaboration with tech, ops, compliance, legal, and risk teams.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track project milestones, resolve blockers, and report on progress to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product gaps.
  • Develop and maintain domain expertise in foreign exchange.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product or project management in the fintech, FX or digital wallet space; or product control, middle office or risk roles related to FX or derivatives in financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of leading multiple workstreams.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for building meaningful products.
