We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our brand strategy and development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer trends and be able to build innovative brand plans.

  • Develop Brand Strategy: Analyze business and consumer trends to create effective brand plans, utilizing above average consumer insight and strategic brand building capabilities.
  • Implement Growth Strategies: Develop and implement growth strategies via a 3-year brand plan and yearly implementation plan, aligning with locally or globally recognized brand essence, vision, and manifesto.
  • Create Compelling Communications: Design effective communications, including the development of an OBI, Big Idea, Campaign Idea, engagement strategies, implementation, and tracking effectiveness.
  • Diversify and Grow Brands: Develop a 3-year consumer and technically validated category innovation plan, identifying new, consumer insight-driven ideas to drive brand growth.
  • Enhance Brand Performance and Market Management: Accountable for brand performance in markets, leading key clusters of markets for the brand, and identifying gaps and opportunities for these markets.
  • Foster Team Leadership: Key leader of cross-functional internal teams in the development and execution of marketing plan strategies, delivering cross-functional alignment to aligned brand strategies and implementation plans.
  • Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead transversal or cross-brand projects beyond the scope of the brand team, working together with other teams and functions to develop strategies and plans to meet overall business goals and objectives.
