IT Business Analyst - Project Management Office (PMO)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing consistent and professional support to IT projects and the portfolio by collaborating with country IT Business Partners and Technical SMEs.

This role involves shaping business requirements into solid business cases, facilitating project documentation, and supporting project management activities including resource coordination, documentation, testing, and go-live preparation.

The successful candidate will maintain IT project management standards, processes, and portfolio oversight, facilitate, track, and report on program delivery success, and assist teams in applying project management disciplines effectively.

In addition, the candidate will monitor projects for schedule, budget, and quality adherence, prepare and review business cases, and manage change for global rollout projects or modifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide consistent and professional PMO support for IT Projects and Portfolio
  • Shape business requirements into solid business cases
  • Support project management activities including resource coordination, documentation, testing, and go-live prep
  • Maintain IT project management standards, processes, and portfolio oversight
  • Facilitate, track, and report on program delivery success
  • Assist teams in applying project management disciplines effectively
  • Monitor projects for schedule, budget, and quality adherence

Qualifications:
  • Degree with 5 to 10 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in an IT PMO environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A good team player with a passion for task completion
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-growing environment
  • Matrix management skills, including working with ambiguity and across organizational boundaries
  • Experience working in a collaborative, international environment
  • Structured, committed, and delivery-focused approach
  • Broad knowledge of technical and business processes to coordinate effectively
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to influence colleagues and understand business needs
