Job Title: Senior Corporate Secretarial Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Corporate Secretarial Specialist at ACCOUNTING CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company secretarial work, with excellent knowledge of ACRA website and e-filing requirements in Bizfile.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters clients, including preparation and review of directors' resolutions and preparation of materials for meetings (minutes recording, drafting of resolutions etc.)
- Lodgement of statutory returns with ACRA
- Updating minute books and registers
- Liaising, providing information to and updating management, directors and auditors

Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Strong knowledge in Company Secretary work
- Excellent knowledge of ACRA website and e-filing requirements in Bizfile

- Attractive remuneration/salary to commensurate with experience and competence ($5,000 - $7,000 per month)
