Job Summary

KSCGP JURIS LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our Conveyancing team. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth processing of conveyancing transactions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment. They will be responsible for assisting conveyancing lawyers with the preparation and management of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Management: Process and track transactions from initial instructions to completion, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Documentation: Assist with the preparation and management of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Educational Background: Not specified but relevant education is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
