Technical Services Manager Job Opportunity

The position of Technical Services Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT services to clients. As a manager, you will lead a team of engineers and specialists to ensure continuous service delivery, focusing on proactive incident and problem management.

  • Lead and manage a team of Technical Services Engineers/Specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Ensure proactive monitoring, investigation, and resolution of technical incidents and problems.
  • Oversee service delivery to meet client satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist with planning and building technology solutions for clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 6 years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and incident/problem management processes.
  • Experience in IT service management (ITSM) and SLA-driven support.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
