Artificial Intelligence Algorithm Developer

We are seeking a talented AI algorithm developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing multimodal content understanding algorithms for e-commerce products.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop innovative content moderation solutions using multimodal content understanding algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact through actionable solutions.
- Lead/participate in the iteration of algorithm models, including data construction, model training, and preference alignment.
- Explore cutting-edge technologies to expand application scenarios and improve business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
- Strong business acumen, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent programming skills, with a solid foundation in machine learning theory.
- Proficient in multimodal large model technologies, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and large-scale data processing tools.
- Familiarity with mainstream LLMs/VLLMs, with knowledge of large model training, quantization, and inference frameworks.
- Experience in e-commerce algorithm projects is preferred, particularly in product understanding/content moderation.
