Job Title

Project Director - Loan Life Cycle Management

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Loan Life Cycle Management domain projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Display in-depth knowledge of project management disciplines covering Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Drive strategic projects through collaboration and building a shared purpose and ownership of project goals.
  • Effectively communicate and deliver complex change programs.
  • Drive results through quality delivery and established guidelines and procedures.
  • Establish solid working relationships with project sponsors and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
  • Clearly define and communicate project objectives, cost benefits, and success metrics.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to pre-empt, mitigate, and plan around issues that may surface during the project.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
  • Strong people leadership experience and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams.
  • Expert relationship management skills to communicate well with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Work closely with Architecture, infrastructure, and engineering teams to ensure alignment to project goals.
  • Coordinate resource planning activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 7-10 years' track-record and proven hands-on experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a project management role.
  • Ability to manage in-house development or vendor teams to work in high-pressure environments and meet tight timelines.
  • Functional or project management experience in implementing platforms or process improvement initiatives in the Loan Life Cycle domain.
  • Strong customer focus, skilled ability to interpret and analyze customer requirements.
  • Excellent presentation, communication skills, and written communication skills to speak with stakeholders of different levels.
  • College degree in Engineering, Computing, or a closely related field.
  • PMP or Agile scrum certification is an added advantage.
