Job Summary

The Football Association of Singapore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Teams Management Executive to assist in the operational running of administrative and logistical issues related to National Teams training, matches, and competitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Coordinate with international football governing bodies, foreign member associations, and local stakeholders to ensure timely completion of registration procedures and formalities.
    • Manage travel arrangements, including leave applications, air tickets, visa applications, accommodation, travel insurance, and other team documents.
    • Prepare and submit necessary documents upon team return from overseas travel.
    • Maintain records of matches played, including goals, cautions, and player National 'A' Team Caps.
    • Ensure timely submission of applications and documents for continued eligibility for SportSG support services.
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Coordinate equipment and apparel orders, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management.
    • Work on logistics preparation of equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Players' Welfare
    • Develop and implement the Players Welfare Programme and Post-Career Plan for the benefit of players.
    • Collaborate with the Coach Education Department to update coaching course dates and registration paperwork for current and past players.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, National Teams Management, Technical Director, and/or the General Secretary.
Requirements
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent travel arrangement and coordination skills.
  • Strong knowledge of football and its operations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
  • Understanding of medicine and injury prevention.
