Our team is seeking an experienced software engineer to join a payments technology team in Singapore.

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline and at least 3 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Java development.
  • They must be proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods and have advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
  • Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, Gemfire, Cloud foundry, and AWS is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions using Java and other technologies.
  • Develop secure high-quality production code and review/debug code written by others.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate recurring issues to improve operational stability of software applications and systems.
  • Drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Java development.
  • Practical experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, Gemfire, Cloud foundry, and AWS.
  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
