About the Team

GrabRentals operates the largest fleet of private-hire vehicles in Singapore, owned directly by Grab.

Our primary responsibility is to ensure a steady supply of vehicles for the Grab platform. We aim to be a dependable partner, creating income opportunities for our driver-partners and rider-partners by providing them with access to quality vehicles in a sustainable manner.

This position is integral to the Marketing division of GrabRentals. As a member of the marketing team, you will be tasked with the planning and execution of both online and offline marketing initiatives, events, and communications.

Role Overview

The GrabRentals Marketing team employs a multi-channel strategy to generate leads for the sales team, targeting driver-partners and rider-partners in need of vehicle rentals. Our team also oversees in-app communications for partners and supports engagement initiatives aimed at raising awareness and providing education.

Our work requires a deep passion for customer experience, creativity, and a solid foundation in marketing principles. We are continually seeking to enhance and refine our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and develop content for articles, social media, and advertising campaigns, ensuring that the marketing materials highlight key product features relevant to driver-partners.
  • Design visually appealing and effective marketing collateral (including social media posts, digital advertisements, videos, etc.) that align with GrabRentals' branding standards.
  • Maintain and update GrabRentals' web pages and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimize the performance of ongoing advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance traffic to GrabRentals' website.
  • Implement in-app communications targeted at relevant driver-partners.
  • Proactively propose ideas to strengthen GrabRentals' brand identity.
  • Utilize various mass and targeted marketing strategies to promote GrabRentals' offerings to suitable driver-partners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate student in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with video editing/design software is a plus.
  • Ability to create impactful and engaging content for GrabRentals and broaden its reach.
  • Experience in developing, planning, and managing a content calendar.
  • Ability to leverage data to monitor and enhance performance, achieving marketing efficiency goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills through collaboration with various departments and external partners.
