Senior Procurement Strategist

We are seeking an experienced procurement specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing effective procurement strategies and approaches that support operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement procurement plans and strategies
* Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations, and contracts using electronic procurement platforms
* Monitor and oversee procurement activities to ensure timely execution and contract implementation
* Provide guidance and support on sourcing, contract management, and spend analysis to stakeholders
* Document lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement and process optimization
* Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management
* Develop and maintain knowledge of procurement principles, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (e.g., business administration, supply chain management)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in structured procurement environments
Key Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
* Knowledge of negotiation, supply chain management, and contract management principles
