Role Overview

As a Business Manager, you will oversee the successful operation of our KTV outlet. Your primary responsibility is to lead and manage your team to achieve sales and operational targets.

Key areas of focus include monitoring the smooth execution of promotions and marketing campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing department to drive sales revenue, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for customer service delivery, billing control, and external risk management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing customer feedback forms and recovery procedures to track customer satisfaction levels.

  • Enhance customer engagement by increasing suggestion boxes in every outlet.
  • Provide easily accessible feedback mechanisms in every KTV room.
  • Promote constructive feedback with incentives.

Accurately estimate manpower needs and plan weekly duty rosters.

Organize comprehensive orientation programs for new hires, particularly on customer service SOPs.

Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and existing staff.

Oversee the renovation of KTV outlet rooms to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Experience in the entertainment industry or related fields is highly desirable.
