Job Summary

The Project Coordinator Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Lead a team of project coordinators and managers to achieve project objectives
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and risks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate potential project issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
