Project Coordinator - BMS Projects

The candidate will oversee installation progress, coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery of assignments.

  • Monitor and coordinate installation progress across multiple projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks.
  • Develop proficiency in BMS/BAS platforms, SCADA integration and data-driven energy analysis.
  • Apply programming skills in PLC and DDC systems.
  • Prepare regular project progress reports for the Project Manager.
  • Oversee and ensure all works comply with contract drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate preparation and submission of shop drawings with consultants and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working at a Data Centre.
  • Knowledge of VAV/VRV/cooling tower/chillers/chilled water pipe/A&A works.
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (Extra Low Voltage).
  • Proficiency in Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of Revit software.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
