About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Holder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the point of sale, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Serve customers with a smile and provide solutions to their queries.
- Sales and Customer Loyalty: Meet sales targets and build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty.
- Product Management: Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed, and maintained to meet customer expectations.
- Care Arrangements, Returns, Reservations, and Orders: Manage returns, reservations, and orders efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Participate in inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
Team Management:
In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring schedules, managing time off, and resolving conflicts. You will also collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive working environment.
Store Management:
You will perform opening and closing procedures, control facilities, and collaborate with central services to prevent security issues.
POS Management:
You will implement and monitor tonnage processes, changes, cash rebates, and incidents. You will also supervise collection and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as a Key Holder or supervisor, or 2 years as a Sales Assistant (full-time) in a similar store environment. They will possess high-level English skills, and Spanish would be an asset.
