Aquarium Host/Guest Services Representative

Join our team as an Aquarium Host/Guest Services Representative where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests with their queries, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable visit to our aquarium.

About the Role:

  • Greet and engage with guests, providing them with information about our aquarium and its attractions.

  • Respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Assist with events and programs, such as educational sessions and special events, to enhance the guest experience.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the aquarium, including the handling of crowd control equipment and performing light cleaning tasks.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or related field is preferred.

  • Candidates with GCE 'O' levels or above with strong presentation skills will also be considered.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Flexibility to perform shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
