We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Frozen Mart. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling daily cashiering duties.

This role involves operating the POS system, assisting customers with payments and queries, replenishing stocks, and supporting online order enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate POS system and handle daily cashiering duties
  • Assist customers with payments, queries, and purchases
  • Replenish and arrange stocks neatly on shelves
  • Assist in stock ordering and inventory management
  • Provide excellent hospitality and customer service
  • Support online order enquiries when required
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
Requirements:
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) only
  • Preferably with cashiering/retail experience (training provided)
  • Familiar with POS systems and basic cashier operations
  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-service oriented
  • Able to commit to morning–evening retail shifts
