Job Title: Cost Engineer

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Cost Engineer.

Job Description:

  • Develop accurate cost estimates for custom and standard products, with a focus on aircraft tooling and military vehicles.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and sales teams to align estimates with technical specifications, client needs, and profitability goals.
  • Assess technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements to identify cost-effective solutions for acquiring or fabricating tools and equipment.
  • Deliver timely and accurate pricing for new projects, modifications, or repairs involving tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in estimating or cost engineering, preferably within a tooling fabrication and machining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, GD&T, materials, surface & heat treatments, and testing.
