This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in portfolio management to drive business growth in the APAC region.

  • About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our portfolio segmentation and differentiation strategy for APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the portfolio strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leverage shopper insights and collaborate with Global Market Commercial Development, APAC Marketing, APAC BI, and regional Business Units to develop the portfolio strategy.
  2. Provide channel-specific listing direction for standard retail and drive development of the rare item approach, considering implications and coherence with other markets.
  3. Partner with APAC Revenue Management to define how to win with the portfolio by channel and with relevant customers through tactical and promotional mechanics.
  4. Collect and leverage quantitative and qualitative insights into listing and merchandising guidelines to ensure fact-based direction setting and alignment with the channel strategy and customer segmentation framework.
  5. Build and manage governance of the approach across APAC, ensuring a balance of global/regional coherence versus local flexibility, in line with legal requirements and principles.
  6. Engage, contribute, and influence the global portfolio segmentation and differentiation strategy led by the global MCD team.
  7. Provide subject matter expertise to MCD technology teams in the development of new tools and processes to support portfolio management while ensuring the voice of APAC is heard in the initial design and development stages.
  8. Provide organizational change support to local BU teams in the deployment of portfolio-led management tools.
  9. Develop and implement commercial and strategy projects in relation to markets and channels, contributing to the APAC CD agenda as part of the Regional team.
