Senior Therapy Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapy Assistant to join our team in Singapore. As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and support under the supervision of experienced TCM physicians.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist TCM physicians in providing patient care and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
- Manage patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Administer basic TCM treatments under the supervision of a physician.
- Educate patients on prescribed treatments and herbal medicines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
- Participate in clinic events and community outreach programs.
- Selling of treatment and services.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Basic Mandarin (to educate patients on correct consumption of TCM Herbal Medication).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused.
