Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Export Import Shipping Coordinator at Inter Fiberasia Pte Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling import/export shipping documents based on Letter of Credit/LC, Certificate of origin, Custom/Insurance declaration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging documents to bank for negotiation for shipment under L/C payment & D/P payment
- Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customer and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
- Provide admin, account support and office management
- Monthly sales reports
- Issue payment vouchers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling Letter of Credit, Export Import Documentation and admin/account
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & Power Point)
- Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
- Only Singapore permanent resident and Singaporean can apply
