Project QS Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project QS Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update project files and tender documents.
  • Record all equipment rental lists for project use and costing.
  • Document ISO and safety audits.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the company.

Project Tasks:

  • Pre-con reports
  • Project preliminaries documentation, including insurance and safety documents.
  • Consolidate and collect project data, preparing progress reports, inspection reports, and progress updates.
  • Submit monthly progress claims for all projects, liaising with clients and consultants as needed.
  • Attend site meetings with the Project Manager and follow up on project documentation.

Tender Tasks:

  • Regularly check government websites for incoming tenders.
  • Prepare tender documents for submission and sort out quotations from different vendors.
  • Attend site show rounds when necessary.

Sales Tasks:

  • Attend site show rounds, tender briefings, and collect data and site measurements.
  • Participate in tender interviews, proposal meetings, and follow up on tender document submissions and quotations from various vendors.
